What WordPress services do you offer?
We provide WordPress maintenance, error fixes, security, updates, and speed optimisation. Our maintenance service covers monthly updates, daily monitoring, and routine backups for £99 per month.
Do you build new WordPress websites?
No. We maintain, fix, and improve existing WordPress websites, but we don’t design or build new sites. We can recommend web designers if you need a new website built, and we’re happy to advise on what to look for when choosing a developer. Once your new site is live, we can take over the maintenance and ongoing support.
Can you fix my broken WordPress site?
Yes, if you’re already a maintenance client. Our error fixing service covers common WordPress problems including the White Screen of Death, 404 errors, plugin conflicts, database errors, and memory issues.
How often should WordPress be updated?
WordPress core, plugins, and themes should be updated monthly at minimum. Security patches should be applied as soon as they’re released. Our maintenance service handles all updates for you, including testing to make sure updates don’t break anything.
What’s included in your WordPress maintenance packages?
Our £99 per month maintenance service includes monthly updates for WordPress core, plugins, and themes. It also includes daily uptime monitoring to alert us if your site goes down, routine backups so your content is protected, and error fixes when problems occur.

But promising specific positions would be dishonest.

Do you provide web hosting?
No. We don’t sell hosting services. This means our hosting advice is independent and unbiased. We have no financial incentive to recommend any particular provider. Instead, we assess your current hosting, test its performance and security, and tell you honestly whether it’s good enough for your needs. If you need better hosting, we recommend providers that would suit your specific situation.
Can you recommend a good hosting provider?
Yes, after we’ve assessed your needs. Different businesses need different hosting solutions. A small brochure site has different requirements than a busy e-commerce store. We’ll ask about your traffic levels, technical requirements, and budget before making recommendations. We typically recommend UK-based providers with strong WordPress support, reliable customer service, and transparent pricing.
What’s the difference between shared and managed hosting?
